Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for BonkCore reservations, preorders, shipped hardware, defective products, and BonkOS subscriptions. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

Reservations and preorders

Your $10.00 reservation and any preorder payment are refundable at any time before you complete the final BonkCore product purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

If you keep your reservation, it becomes a $10.00 credit toward your final BonkCore purchase. If you refund your reservation, your credit and spot in the first batch are released.

After the hardware ships

Once a BonkCore hardware unit has shipped, refunds are available for 14 days after delivery if the product is returned to us in the same condition it was shipped to you. We pay return shipping for approved returns.

We may deny or reduce a refund if the returned product is missing parts, damaged after delivery, modified, abused, or returned in a condition different from how it was shipped.

Defective products

If your product appears defective, contact us first at legal@bonkhq.com. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. If we confirm a defect, we will replace the product. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the product purchase.

Mobile app subscriptions

BonkOS mobile app subscriptions and in-app purchases are final and non-refundable through us. App store refund rights, if any, are controlled by Apple, Google, or the relevant app-store provider.

How to request a refund or return

Email legal@bonkhq.com from the address you used to reserve or buy. Include your name, order or reservation details, the product involved, and whether you are requesting a reservation refund, preorder refund, return, replacement, or defect review.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method where possible. We process refund requests promptly, typically within a few business days after approval or after we receive and inspect any required return. How quickly funds appear depends on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or app store.

International orders

Shipping, customs, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, currency conversion costs, and payment-provider fees may be handled differently depending on the country and payment method. Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, those third-party charges may not be refundable by us.
