These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://bonkhq.com, BonkCore purchases, BonkOS, and related services from Bonk HQ. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Eligibility

By using the site or buying a product, you represent that you can enter into a binding agreement or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for ensuring your use of BonkCore, BonkOS, and any motorcycle-related product is legal where you live and ride.

The founder batch

• The founder batch is a limited production run of BonkCore units at a discounted launch price of $119.99 (normally $149.99), subject to availability and these terms.
• Orders are processed through Stripe. Founder units are expected to ship in late August 2026, in waves as production batches clear testing. This is a target for a pre-release product and may move; if it does, we will let founders know, and you can request a full refund at any time before your unit ships.
• Launch pricing is available for a limited time and may end without notice.

Pre-release product

BonkCore is pre-release and subject to change. Product features, specifications, app behavior, compatibility, design, pricing, availability, packaging, and timelines may change before release. Any photos, videos, prototypes, renders, demos, or descriptions are for informational purposes and may not match the final product.

Compatibility

BonkCore is currently intended for the 2003-2020 Honda CBR600RR. Support for other motorcycles may be added later, but we do not guarantee compatibility with any other model, year, market, ECU, wiring harness, modification, or tune unless we explicitly state that compatibility in writing.

BonkOS and subscriptions

BonkOS is expected to be available for iPhone and Android through the relevant app stores when BonkCore is available. Optional Pro features may be offered through in-app purchases or subscriptions. App availability, features, subscription pricing, and store rules may vary by platform and region.

Motorcycle and safety disclaimer

BonkCore and BonkOS are informational and diagnostic accessories. They are not safety devices, emergency devices, professional repair services, or substitutes for inspection, maintenance, protective gear, safe riding, or qualified mechanical judgment. We do not guarantee that the product will detect every fault, predict every failure, prevent damage, prevent injury, or be accurate in every condition.

You are responsible for your motorcycle, installation decisions, riding decisions, maintenance, compliance with laws, and safe operation. Do not interact with the app or product in a way that distracts you while riding.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, app stores, or other payment providers. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. Taxes, duties, import fees, carrier fees, and other charges may apply, especially for international orders.

Shipping and international orders

We may sell worldwide, but availability, shipping methods, delivery times, import duties, customs clearance, taxes, and local regulatory requirements vary by country. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs compliance, and legal use of the product in your location unless we expressly say otherwise at checkout.

Limited warranty

We warrant the BonkCore hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation and use for 12 months from the date you receive it. If your unit fails because of such a defect during that period, we will repair it, replace it, or, if we cannot reasonably do either, refund what you paid for it. This is our voluntary warranty; it adds to, and does not take away, any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

The warranty does not cover damage from crashes, drops, fire, flood, water exposure beyond the unit’s rating, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification or repair, use with a vehicle we have not listed as supported, or ordinary cosmetic wear. To make a claim, email support@bonkhq.com with your order details and a short description of the problem. We may ask you to send the unit back for inspection, and we cover shipping both ways on approved warranty claims. Please return the unit with all the components it shipped with so we can diagnose and replace it correctly.

Cancellations and refunds

Orders and preorders are refundable as described in our Refund Policy. Returns of shipped hardware, defective products, and mobile app subscriptions are also governed by that policy and the limited warranty above.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, payment flows, forms, Discord-backed lead capture, apps, firmware, APIs, or services. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape or abuse forms, reverse engineer protected software except where allowed by law, or use our products or services for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The BonkHQ name, BonkCore, BonkOS, logos, site content, software, firmware, designs, product concepts, copy, images, videos, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

Except for the limited warranty stated above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, orders, pre-release information, BonkCore, BonkOS, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonk HQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, motorcycle damage, downtime, or other losses arising from or related to the site, orders, products, apps, or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
